Qualifications of the Personal Trainers
All Weymouth Club Personal Trainers are certified by nationally accepted professional organizations such as the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Most have a minimum of a 4 year college degree in Exercise Physiology, Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, or a related field. Additionally, all Personal Trainers have extensive experience in the fitness industry and have a comprehensive variety of specialties.
