How often should I get a massage?

Some people receive a massage weekly, some monthly, some every couple of months. If you are experiencing some pain due to muscle tension or stress, a weekly massage for a month or so will help you feel comfortable. Maintaining that comfort and muscle health can be done by receiving a massage every four to six weeks. Massage is preventive medicine. Discuss your needs and goals with your therapist to figure out the best plan.
