Program Descriptions

90 Day Commit to Get Fit

Focus: Lifestyle Change

Learn/Train in a group of 10-20 people, 1x per week for 12 weeks

Includes: Complete health assessment; blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, body composition (Bod Pod), and fitness level testing

If you are not getting weight loss results from your current workouts or have already participated in one of our programs, this NEW program could be for you! 90 Day Commit to Get Fit is a complete program to help you lead a healthier lifestyle, including in depth nutriton education with a Registered Dietitian and a step-by-step orientation to all aspects of fitness including group classes, spinning, meditation, yoga and circuit training. Work with one of our Wellness Coaches to modify your nutrition level and manage stress for 90 days. 

The Zone

Focus: Maintenance

Train in group of 4-6 people, 2x per week for 8 weeks

Includes: 16 group training sessions, 2 Bod Pod tests, and nutrition guidance and support via meetings and emails. 

An 8 week program for those looking to maintain their current weight, improve their body composition, or continue to lose weight slowly and safely. Ideal for those finishing Lose Big or 90 Day Commit to Get Fit. Focuses on developing a life-long continuous routine of health and fitness without all of the ups and downs. 

Adult Athlete Performance

Focus: Athletes

Meets 2x per week for 8 weeks. Work in groups of 3-6 athletes

Adult Athlete is a one hour group training program specifically designed for adults that have a goal in mind. That goal can be anything physical. It could be wanting to do a certain number of pushups, competing in the next triathlon or running the next 5K in your town. Whatever it is, we design you your own individual program that will help you succeed at it! The goals range based on the own individual person. Everything is customized and designed for you to succeed. Give it a try and see your true potential grow! 

The Gauntlet

Focus: Extreme

Is held indoors or outdoors depending on the season. Currently takes place outside. 

This challenging program will test your mental and physical stamina. Participants will workout using a military style training method including: BATTLING ROPES, MONSTER TIRES, SLEDGE HAMMERS, POWER BAGS, STRENGTH BAGS, AND SPEED SLEDS! This perfect balance of high-intensity training paired with competitive fitness challenges will take your conditioning to a whole new level. 

Sports Performance for High School and College Athletes

Focus: Athletes

Work in groups of 3-6 athletes 2x per week

This one hour program is specifically designed for middle/high school athletes of all sports. Each session consists of an active warm up, linear and lateral speed development, agility training, plyometric (jumping) and core strengthening. Improve your strength and speed while also dramatically reduces your chances of injury. There is nothing better than working out in an environment that fosters individual improvement as well as team bonding.

Tabata

Focus: Extreme

Small group training in a 30 minute, high intensity session

TABATA is a 30 minute small group training session of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using an interval scheme of 20 seconds of hard work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes. In each session, 6 TABATAS are completed leaving you feeling depleted yet highly accomplished. 30 minutes is all you need to do this awesome fat burning, full body coniditioning workout.

Focus: Personalize

Our variety of personal trainers assures that we have the perfect match for your personal goals. We offer private half and full sessions, semi-private (2 people), and groups (3-6 people) financing payment options, member and non-member rates, and 3 levels of trainers to meet your level of fitness. 

Nutrition Counseling

Nutrition and Fitness go hand-in-hand! Meet with one of our Registered Dietitians and learn about the optimal foods to help you meet your goals. We offer a variety of pricing options and Nutritional Services are covered by many insurances (Harvard Pilgrim, BCBS, Tufts, Aetna).
