Our group fitness programs have five areas of focus:

  1. Lifestyle change and Weight Loss: 90 Days to Healthier Ways, FitCamp
  2. Customized Group Training: The Pack (all fitness levels)
  3. Youth: PACK for Kids

All programs are available to members and non-members. Program costs are in addition to membership.

FitCamp

Focus: Weight Loss and Improved Fitness Level

Setup: Groups of 3 to 6 people, meets 2 times per week for 8 weeks

Our FitCamp weight loss program is a strong combination of nutrition and fitness support.  Includes 16 small-group training sessions, 3 private nutrition sessions, three InBody tests, and a private Facebook page for added support. Partially covered by most health insurances that cover nutrition counseling.

Fitness Component: Small Group Training meets with Certified Personal Trainer 2 times per week for 8 weeks

Nutrition Component: 3 private nutrition sessions with a registered Dietitian.

The Pack
Open Enrollment – Join a Pack today!
2 month minimum commitment. Monthly EFT: The longer the commitment the lower the price. Open to all fitness levels.

Focus: Customized small group training

Setup: 8 customized training sessions per month
When you sign up for a Pack group you will receive a FREE Platinum Membership
and UNLIMITED Team Training on the Mezz for you and another adult on the same account.
The Pack also includes a monthly nutrition newsletter, a monthly InBody test/report
and workouts customized to YOUR fitness level.

Kids PACK

Focus: Youth

Setup: Work in small groups of 3-4. 1-2 times per week, minimum one-month commitment.

Schedule: Customized days and times per each group. 

This program builds athletic ability, self-esteem and confidence.

90-Days to Healthier Ways

If you’ve tried and failed to lose weight and keep it off, 90 Days to Healthier Ways could change your life!  This multi-disciplinary program is unlike any traditional diet or workout plan because it combines assessmentnutrition education and an action plan.

Elements include:

  1. A comprehensive health and fitness assessment, including biometric screenings (blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure and body composition)
  2. Weekly, in-depth nutrition education with a Weymouth Club Registered Dietitian
  3. Weekly, step-by-step fitness orientation with a Weymouth Club National Board-Certified Wellness Coach, who will introduce you to our group classes, spinning, meditation, yoga and circuit training.
