From Zumba to cycling and everything in between, group exercise at Weymouth Club has something for everyone.

Registration required for cycling.

You may register online or via the app 48 hours in advance for class.

W Cycle

Journey Cycle: This amazing cardiovascular  workout will have you on a scenic road trip through mountains, back roads and coastal paths. Come escape with the pack.
My Zone Cycle: This class will have you riding with a heart rate monitor that will track your calories, heart rate and effort  that is displayed on a video monitor. This will have you pushing harder and feeling motivated while consistently improving your fitness level.
My Zone/Journey Cycle: Outdoor cycling enthusiasts will enjoy this ride!Ride with a My Zone monitor to track your calories, heart rate and effort, and watch your results live on a video monitor. Some rides will consist of a scenic road trip through mountains and back roads.
Rhythm Cycle: This ride will have you riding to the rythm and beat of the music. It’s a full body workout to inspiring music that will lift your spirit  and transform your body.

BODYPUMP is a great way to incorporate weight lifting into your exercise regimen – especially if you’ve never picked up a barbell. The class is set to music and designed to deliver results safely, effectively and quickly. After a few months of pumping up, you’ll be ready to show off your newly sculpted body! All fitness levels are welcome.

Fitness on Demand

The introduction of FOD came from a desire to offer additional classes at more times of the day to meet our members’ needs and requests. Varied classes include yoga, barbell and weight training, Pilates, kickboxing, HIIT-style, studio cycling, a variety of dance-based exercise formats and more.

How Virtual Classes Work:

  • The Group Fitness Director will pre-schedule virtual classes, with more than 250 unique programs available!
  • Classes start automatically at the scheduled time and location.
  • Please arrive early to prepare. Equipment for classes will be available in the studio.
  • Class descriptions and scheduled instructors can be found on the latest schedule.

Forever Favorites

Mix up your fitness routine! In these core classes, our instructors make sure you work you hard while having fun.

3,2,1 Shred

This class runs you through circuits of 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio work and 1 minute of abdominal work.

Ab Shredder

Transform your abs through 30 minutes of conditioning for the torso and abdominal area.

Body Pump

Resistance training to music. A revolutionized exercise concept that works all muscle groups.

Body Blast:

A Full body workout with intervals of cardio and weights.

Body Combat Kickbox

A Cardio kickbox class that is MMA inspired workout geared toward total body conditioning drawing from disciplines such as Muay Tai, Capoeira, Kung Fu, Tae kwon do, Karate and Boxing.

Cardio Kickbox

A high-intensity class using a series of kicks and punches to work your entire body.


A challenging head to toe workout using a variety of equipment, focused on engaging core muscles to maximize total body conditioning.

Chisel’d Upper Body

This 30-minute class uses weights and bars to target the chest, back, shoulders, biceps and triceps.

Chisel’d Lower Body

Target your quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves in this 30-minute class featuring weights, bands and steps.

Mat Pilates

Pilates is one of the safest, most effective exercise programs available today. It unites body and mind and creates a more streamlined shape. You’ll build your core abdominals, restore natural posture, and develop strength, flexibility and endurance.


This challenging aerobic workout is choreographed to music, uses the step platform and ends with abs.

STRONG by Zumba®

This workout combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.

Lower Intensity Classes

These workouts are great for older adults, people new to fitness programs or anyone who prefers exercising at a lower speed.


Low-impact choreography for 30 minutes, followed by muscle conditioning and abs.

YAH-Yoga with Props

Gentle yoga with light weights, bands and balls. For the “Young at Heart” (YAH).


A wholesome approach to achieving a balance of physical and mental health, happiness and tranquility. Taught in our group exercise studio.

Specialty Yoga, Barre and Reformer Pilates

Weymouth Club offers more than 50 boutique fitness classes in our beautiful, state-of-the-art Mind/Body Studio Center.

Classes are available to members and non-members. The schedule includes both heated and unheated classes.

  • Yoga offerings include power yoga, vinyasa flow, hatha, restorative and meditation. Also, stress and muscle relief classes.
  • Barre is a fusion-style, low-impact, full-body workout for all ages and fitness levels.
  • Reformer Pilates works your legs, arms and core for better mental awareness, improved flexibility, core strength, endurance and posture. Our private and small-group classes are held in a dedicated studio housing reformer machines and other equipment.
