Please be mindful of our Spa Etiquette

  • We recommend booking your treatment in advance to obtain your preffered time.
  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you must cancel your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled service. 
  • Failure to cancel will result in a complete charge for your scheduled service.
  • It is recommended that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time of your appointment.
  • Gratuity is not included in the price of your therapy and is at your discretion.
  • Gratuity can only be accepted in cash or check.
