A program for Weight Loss and Improved Fitness Level
Groups of 3 to 6 people, meets 2 times per week for 8 weeks
Our FitCamp weight loss program incorporates 3 nutrition sessions with a registered dietitian, 16 small-group training sessions, and a pre- and post InBody analysis. The program also uses weekly challenges and a point system for rewards, including a final prize of $250 for the winner.
