Join us for a day of complete relaxation and bliss. This workshop will focus on yin yoga postures where we hold the postures longer allowing the breath to heal the body through the power of awareness and stillness. Kerry Ann will guide you through this all levels practice with hands on assistance that will provide a deeper experience. Through the use of breathe work, lots of props, aromatherapy, Reiki and Thai massage, this workshop will completely loosen the body and mind. The night will leave you feeling rejuvenated and reborn.
