Come learn what all of the Barre Buzz is about! This workshop will take you through a full Barre workout with extra time and emphasis on the form and function of this method. This incredible class combines technique from Yoga, Pilates & Ballet into one upbeat workout. Barre classes use light weights, exercise bands, Pilates balls and the ballet barre and are fantastic for slimming, strengthening, and sculpting lean muscle. This level I class introduces Barre in a safe but challenging environment!
