What is Meridian Yoga?
A quiet and gentle method for people of all ages, body types and fitness levels. This method is designed to stimulate energy (prana) and remove blockages of particular meridian groups. A combination of yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine stimulating emotional and physical wellbeing. You will learn Yin yoga pose, acupuncture stretches, and acupressure while you cleanse your Mind- Body- Soul.
