Focus: Weight Loss and Improved Fitness Level
Setup: Groups of 3 to 6 people, meets 2 times per week for 10 weeks
Our FitCamp weight loss program incorporates 5 nutrition sessions with a registered dietitian, 20 small-group training sessions, a pre- and post- Bod Pod analysis and 3 fitness tests, along with online resources for support, including a private Facebook group. The program also uses weekly challenges and a point system for rewards, including a final prize of $400 for the winner.
