Our Fitcamp program focuses on weight loss and improved fitness level. You will work in groups of 3 to 6 people, and meet 2 times per week for 8 weeks.
Our FitCamp weight loss program incorporates 3 nutrition sessions with a registered dietitian, 16 small-group training sessions, and a pre- and post InBody analysis, and weekly nutrition and fitness newsletters. You may be partially covered by most health insurances that cover nutrition counseling.
