Train in groups of 3-6 people, 2x/week for 8 weeks. Includes 16 group training sessions, 2 InBody tests, and nutrition guidance and support via meetings and emails. An 8-week program for those looking to maintain their current weight, improve their body composition, or continue to lose weight slowly and safely. Ideal for those finishing Lose Big or 90 Day CTGF. Focuses on developing a life-long continuous routine of health and fitness without all of the ups and downs.
