This 6 week Pilates Bootcamp will run from April 10th-May 15th.
Sweat to a full body, high intensity, low impact workout that will boost your endurance,
promote posture, improve flexibility, and develop a strong core. We will use jump boards,
balls, rings, and weights on the Pilates Reformer. Instructor: Michele Fay
