Stretch Yourself Workshop

Tight and need a good stretch?
Before you say you can’t even touch your toes, give it a thought.
That’s the biggest reason to come….you need to start some place. Stretching helps the body to function better…better sleep, digestion and calming of the nerves to name a few. Everyone can stretch and you go at your own ability.

Please bring your own yoga mat.
