Group Exercise Class Schedules
For all classes:
• Reserve up to 48 hours in advance
• Cancel with 3 hours’ notice to avoid a $10 no call/no show fee
• You must bring your own mat or purchase one at the Front Desk (if applicable to the class)
For Fitness on Demand (FOD) classes:
Fitness on Demand has allowed us to offer you 75 more classes to select from! These classes are in addition to the current outdoor, tennis court, water fitness, and mind/body classes. To learn more about Fitness on Demand, click here.
