Staff Readiness Plan Checklist:
___ Mandatory Staff training program and Covid-19 protocols
___ Staff Is educated on Federal, State, and Local Phases, Laws, and Ordinances
___ Staff does pre training, understands and agrees to executing with the rules set forth such as mask wearing, hand washing, sanitizing surfaces, temperature taking, etc
___ Staff understands and agrees to their teaching duties and before and after duties
___ Staff brings in their own Nut-Free Lunch, Snacks, & Water
___ Staff understands and executes the rotations of the activities and maintains all stated rules.
___ Staff is educated on how the phases may affect the Program #’s of children, etc
___ Staff has provided & met standards required to work according to Camp regulations

Program Covid-19 Communication & Guidelines:
___ Encourage staff to stay home if they are sick and encourage parents to keep sick children home.
___ 1 Parent drop off/pick up Child or Children
___ Hand Sanitizing Upon Entering
___ Masks worn according to Current Rules by the Governor/Local
___ Temperature Taking for Parent and Child/Children
___ Waiver Signed that each is Free of Covid Symptoms,
___ Upon Clearance, Colored Wrist band is put on the Child/Children by the Parent
___ The Parent brings the Child/Children to designated Headquarters Area
___ Child is directed to their personal station with ready activity waiting for them
___ All Children bring their own Masks, Hand sanitizer, Nut Free Snack, Water, Tennis Racquet etc
___ All Staff & Children will Hand Sanitize & Disinfect prior to each Rotation
___Groups are by age and they will stay together the entire time and will not mix with other groups
___The same Counselors will stay with their group the entire time. Specialist Teachers will be added at certain activities i.e. Tennis.
___ Each Counselor will maintain all Social Distancing & Mask Guidelines
___ Each Tennis Instructor will use the same Basket and be the only one to touch the balls
___ All Program Requirements and Communication will be emailed and put on WC Website
Plan for if a staff member or child becomes sick per CDC
___ Identify an area to separate anyone who exhibits Covid-like symptoms during hours of operations and ensure that children are not left without adult supervision.
___ If staff member and they can drive themselves to the SSH or healthcare facility as appropriate.
___ Notify local health officials, staff, and families immediately of any possible case of Covid-19 while maintaining confidentiality as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
___ Close off areas used by any sick person and do not use them until sanitized and disinfected with our hospital grade supplies.
___ Advise sick staff members not to return until they have met CDC criteria to discontinue home isolation.
___ Inform anyone exposed to a person diagnosed with Covid-19 to stay home and self-monitor for symptoms and to follow CDC guidance if symptoms develop.
___ Monitor absenteeism to identify any trends in employee or child absences due to illness
___ Have a roster of trained back-up staff in order to maintain sufficient staffing levels
Program Covid-19 Signage Plan:
___ Check In Table which includes Table top Check-in Protocols and Attendance
___ Chairs marked with their Personal Names in restricted capacity phase
___ Floor Markings to designate social distancing for rotating to tennis, gym, A & C, etc
___ Rotational Activity Schedule including hand sanitizing is posted for their group
Cleaning, Sanitizing & Disinfecting Plans:
____Done by Camp Counselors and WC Housekeeping Staff
____Approved Electrostatic EPA Viking Pure Green Product sprayed/fogged 360 degrees at Night, before Camp, middle of Day Break, after Camp
____Performance Wipes for Equipment & Surface Sanitation on hand for wiping down equipment & surfaces while campers are out of the room at their tennis lesson
____All Ventilation has been thoroughly cleaned & updated with the highest level of filters and have appropriate air exchange settings
____Doors, as long as safe to Camp will be opened whenever possible
____WC has a lot of very large spaces with high ceilings i.e. tennis courts,
____ Hand Sanitizing to be done at the end of each activity rotation
Other
____ Campers and Staff must be MA residents for Phase 2 Camps
____Counselor top Camper Ratios: 1 Counselor to 5 Campers
____Camper brings own water. Water fountains are currently unavailable. Refill Water bottle stations are available.
____Snacks should be brought from home, be pre-packaged, and not crumbly or messy i.e. popcorn
____Designated Pick up Areas will be marked for Parent/Guardian to pick up. You must be on time.
____ There is No Early Camp or After Camp in Phase 2 available
____There is No Swimming in Phase 2
____We may ask Camper to bring own Equipment on a certain day i.e. Soccer Ball
____Camper MUST wear sneakers.
____Masks for Campers are used in accordance with social distancing. If 6 feet can be maintained,
Campers will be allowed to take them off.
____All Staff has been assigned their own space for their belongings in accordance with guidelines
____All Campers will be expected to follow all rules and guidelines. If a child is struggling to follow directions and/or cannot maintain all the guidelines stated, the Camp Director will speak to the parents and implement a behavior plan and/or be asked to leave the Camp.
Considerations for Future Phases:
____As Guidelines & Restrictions may change, Information will be communicated as to any changes i.e. The Camp day could return to 9-3pm and is still only full week.
____Specialty Camps i.e. Musical Theater, Dance, & Acro start Wk# 5 July 6-10 |
