Mind Body Class Schedule

Barre & Yoga Class Schedule

We will be running an open week in the Mind/Body studio June 11th-17th

The mind body studio will be open to all weymouth club members at no charge. Come try a class and experience what everyone is talking about. Please bring your own mat and water. Space for classes is limited. Sign up for classes are required. You may register for a class up to 24 hours in advance online or by calling the front desk 781-337-4600

Effective June 18th the following changes will take place for the summer in the Mind/Body Studio:

*Thursday 8:30am Ball roll & restore class moves to Mondays at 4:30pm with Rachel
*Tuesday and Thursday Core class moves from 12pm to 11:30am with Melanie
*Tuesday and Thursday Foam roll class moves from 12:30pm to 12:00pm with Melanie
*Monday & Wednesday 7:30pm yoga classes are removed for the summer due to low attendance.
*Saturday 11:30am Unheated Barre changes to Unheated Piyo with Sam (Piyo is a combination of pilates and yoga that moves at a low impact quick pace)

Please note the Mind/Body Studio Center is not air-conditioned. Room-temperature classes are between 74 and 78 degrees.

All classes are 60 minutes in length unless otherwise noted in the schedule below.
