Important Announcement: We will be doing maintenance on the heater in yoga studio on Wednesday, May 30th.  The 9:15 unheated barre and the 10:30 moderate yoga will be cancelled for the day.

Please note the Mind/Body Studio Center is not air-conditioned. Room-temperature classes are between 74 and 78 degrees.
