What is hot yoga?
Hot yoga is a higher-intensity style of yoga performed in a hot and humid room. This practice is good for:
Warming the muscles for deeper stretches into postures
Flushing toxins from the skin
Elevating the heart rate
Relaxing the body and improving your mood
Improving skin complexion
Please make sure to hydrate (at least 20 ounces) before attending any heated yoga classes.

Core Focus Get amazing abdominals! This class borrows moves from Pilates and yoga to focus on core strength and conditioning.
Gentle Hatha Go through classic yoga postures, breath work and gentle, warming movements to build strength, flexibility and relaxation. Standing poses and basic seated work are suitable for all levels. This class takes a generally slower pace than Vinyasa yoga.
Gentle Yoga and Meditation A gentle yoga class for all levels of participation. Creative movement is designed to sharpen our coordination and awareness in space, to articulate joints, simple stretching and strength building, complete with a deeply restorative and nourishing relaxation.
Yin Yoga This slow-paced style of yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones and joints. Yin Yoga brings balance to the body’s organs, which can bring balance to the emotional, mental and physical body. Suitable for any body and age.
Hatha Flow Build strength and flexibility and promote relaxation through the connective flow of movement through postures with conscious breathing. Through proper alignment and the mindful coordination of breath and movement, this class brings balance, strength and a sense of wellbeing to the practitioner.
Moderate Build flexibility and strength. Glide into this intermediate class with the combination of breath and posture movement.
An ancient art of relaxation that allows for deeper awareness and conscious release of tensions and stresses both mental and physical in nature. Participating in Yoga Nidra for 30 minutes is equal to about 3 or 4 hours of sleep.
Power Invigorate your body and soul with this challenging, active sequence designed by our instructors. We recommend that you attend three moderate classes before trying this power class.
Power Basic Both gentle and challenging, this class emphasizes connecting and moving with breath and proper alignment. Suitable for a wide range of body types, fitness levels and ages, as well as students new to power yoga and experienced practitioners looking to deepen their knowledge of the poses.
Vinyasa Flow Synchronize your breath with traditional poses and sequences, and learn and practice inversions. You will perform a seated meditation prior to the traditional final resting pose of savasana.
Yoga & Pilates Combo
The perfect mixture of yoga and pilates will create positive effects on the body and mind alike. Improve flexibility, tone muscles, develop endurance all while massaging and detoxifying the body from inside out.
Stress and Muscle Relief Classes
All classes are at room temperature.
Ball Roll & Restore Realign and restore optimal mobility in your body. Use high-grip rubber balls coupled with conscious corrective movement for a deep-tissue massage.
Foam Roll Relieve sore muscles and joint stress while improving flexibility and reducing the risk for injuries. You will use your own body weight to roll on foam rollers and balls for a massaging effect.
Meditation Quiet the mind and experience the incredible benefits of meditation practice, including reduced stress, better concentration, a strengthened immune system and inner peace.
