Dear Valued Weymouth Club Member,
As we re-open the club, we are committed to providing our teams and members with a clean and safe environment. In doing so, we need your help. Below are a few guidelines that we ask you to accept and follow when you visit the club.
Please review each one and if you agree to the guidelines, sign below. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our Weymouth Club community as healthy as possible.
1. HEALTH AND SAFETY
⬧ I confirm I do not have any symptoms related to and have not been knowingly exposed to COVID-19. If this status changes, I agree not to visit the Club.
⬧ I agree to not visit the Club if I am feeling ill.
⬧ I acknowledge that until further notice, my temperature will be taken upon entry to the Club. I understand if my temperature exceeds 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, I will not be permitted to enter the Club.
2. FACE COVERING
⬧ I agree to wear a face mask at all times while on Club property with the exception of swimming laps or if social distancing is possible.
3. SOCIAL DISTANCING
⬧ I agree to keep 6 feet between myself and others while on Club property. I understand this is inclusive of anyone within my household or anyone I have been quarantining with.
⬧ I will follow all directed arrows and signs.
4. CLEANLINESS
⬧ I agree to disinfect all equipment after use (before use is also suggested).
⬧ I agree to keep my hands washed/sanitized while at the Club.
5. MISCELLANEOUS
⬧ I understand that until further notice, group social gatherings & lingering are not permitted at the Club.
⬧ I agree to not bring a bag larger than ___ x ____ to the Club until further notice.
⬧ I agree to not bring any food or drink other than water to the Club until further notice.
WAIVER:
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, I reaffirm the Waiver which I executed on my Membership Agreement and assume the risk of use of the Weymouth Club facility.
Weymouth Club team members will be monitoring the club – helping to clean, discourage close proximity between members and encouraging members to wipe down equipment. If a team member asks you to do one of the above, we ask that you please cooperate and do your part. Thank you in advance, we can’t wait to see you in the club!
