Please review the payment information and the terms and agreements of our program waiver. Fill out and submit the form at the bottom of the page.
Please read our Payment Information and fill out our form below. By signing this agreement, you authorize Weymouth Club to debit your chosen payment method. If Weymouth Club is unable to collect payment for any reason, they may cancel your registration forfeiting your spot. Management reserves the right to forward all delinquent accounts to a collection agency.
I understand that the Ripples program does not have makeups. This includes classes canceled due to weather such as snow or thunder/lightening or classes cancelled due to a pool closure. We will however offer a make up if the instructor has to cancel the class for a personal reason.
I understand that once I have signed up for a class there will be no refunds or credits offered for the class you signed up for. Credit will only be given for medical refund, but there will not be a refund. I understand that I cannot sign up for two classes just to hold a spot.
I understand that if I am a non-member of the club I may not use the pools before or after lessons without being a guest of a member and purchasing a daily guest fee for myself and my child. When participating in the class I understand it is for my child and one adult in the pool during the duration of the class. I understand that it is recommended whenever possible to keep a consistent caregiver for the duration of the session, to keep the high quality of the instruction.
I understand and will adhere to the diaper policy at all time. My child will where at least two layers of diapers. (Recommended is a disposable diaper and a tight-fitting reusable swim diaper). I understand that I may not bring my child in the water with a standard diaper. I will check my child’s diaper regularly within the class and remove my child if the diaper is soiled. I will not change my child’s diaper on the chairs and tables that surround the pool but will instead use the locker rooms or changing cabanas.
I understand that during winter months I may not bring my stroller onto the pool deck, and will leave my stroller in the café area.
