Acro Workshops

Acrobatics teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline & concentration. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique. Students will learn such things as handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balance, & contortion tricks. Acro is not the typical tumbling or gymnastics class. This class is great for students looking to enhance their agility, flexibility, & strength.

New session of 90 Day Commit to Get Fit

Weymouth Club’s most popular program, 90 Day Commit to Get Fit includes a complete health assessment, biometric screenings and in-depth nutrition and fitness education through weekly group meetings.

Participants meet in groups of 10 to 20 people, 1 time per week for 90 days (12 weeks). Meeting with other people who share your goals will keep you motivated, accountable and tracking progress. The 2-hour meeting involves:

  • 1 hour of nutrition, behavior modification or stress management education
  • 1 hour of fitness education and exercise

At the end of the program, you’ll walk away with the knowledge and confidence to manage your nutrition and fitness on your own.
