Cardio Tennis Drop-Ins
This high-energy, full-body fitness class combines the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercises. Burn up to 700 calories an hour. Prior tennis experience not required! Racquet provided, if needed.
1 Hour Sessions
Monday’s, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m.
Monday’s, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m.
Wednesday’s, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m.
Wednesday’s, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m.
Saturday’s, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m.
Sundays, 9:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m.
1.5 Hour Sessions
Fridays, 10:00–11:30 a.m.
Saturday’s 9:00-10:30 a.m.
50/50 Transition Cardio Tennis
Go through 45 minutes of cardio tennis followed by 45 minutes of instruction.
Wednesdays, 7:00–8:30 p.m.
Sunday Singles Drills 3.5+
For players with an NTRP rating of 3.5 or higher. If you’re serious about your game and looking to play better this season, this clinic is for you. Develop a sound singles strategy to play smarter on the court.
Sundays, 9:00–10:30 a.m.
4 and a Pro
Customize your group. Choose your pro. Choose your time. This clinic meets for 1.5 hours for 8 weeks.
