We are sorry to see you go!
To cancel your membership, please submit the form below by the 20th of the month prior to your cancellation month. Cancellations are always effective on the first of the month and prevent billing for that month.

Freeze Request
Memberships may be frozen for up to three months per calendar year with a maximum of three consecutive months. All freezes begin on the first of the month.
To request a freeze, please submit the form below by the 20th of the month prior to your desired start date. Earlier submissions are always welcome.
