  • Reservations can be made up to 48 hours in advance on the WC app
  • We ask that members cancel 3 hours prior to the class or there will be a $10 late cancellation, no call/no show fee

AFTERBURN

AFTERBURN takes you beyond basics to achieve body transformation byincorporating cardio conditioning and total body strength training in a fun, motivating setting. It uses heart rate tracking with MyZone technology to keep youin your target zone for maximum calorie burn.

QUICK HIIT

This is a great way to get the most bang for your buck! Classes incorporate a variety of interval training styles, including Tabata.

LUNCH BREAK

This lunchtime class will fire you up for the rest of the day! Lunch Break is similar to Boot Camp and Afterburn; you will combine strength training and conditioning to get a great total body workout.
