CORE

Our foundational program focuses on developing a core that you can build upon.  CORE classes work on more than just your abs; you will improve mobility, increase core strength, and reduce your risk of injury – all critical areas that will become the CORE of your fitness.

AFTERBURN

AFTERBURN takes you beyond basics to achieve body transformation by incorporating cardio conditioning and total body strength training in a fun and motivating setting.  AFTERBURN uses heart rate tracking with MyZone technology to keep you in your target zone for maximum calorie burn.

QUICK HIIT

Our HIIT classes are a great way to maximize your time.  These express (25-30 min) classes will incorporate a variety of interval training styles, including Tabata.  If you’re pressed for time or simply want maximum bang for your buck, try a HIIT class!

GAUNTLET is an ELITE level class for advanced team members.
