- Reservations can be made up to 48 hours in advance on the WC app
- We ask that members cancel 3 hours prior to the class or there will be a $10 late cancellation, no call/no show fee

AFTERBURN
AFTERBURN takes you beyond basics to achieve body transformation byincorporating cardio conditioning and total body strength training in a fun, motivating setting. It uses heart rate tracking with MyZone technology to keep youin your target zone for maximum calorie burn.

This is a great way to get the most bang for your buck! Classes incorporate a variety of interval training styles, including Tabata.

This lunchtime class will fire you up for the rest of the day! Lunch Break is similar to Boot Camp and Afterburn; you will combine strength training and conditioning to get a great total body workout.
