RHYTHM RIDE & CORE
This high intensity total body spin class rides to beat of the music incorporating core stability strength. Join this dance party on the bike while giving you a full body work out.
RHYTHM RIDE & SCULPT
This high intensity total body spin class rides to beat of the music while incorporating weight training sequences for a full body experience.
POWER RIDE
A great overall cycle experience, this class is designed to use power to strengthen the body and mind. You will be challenged with high resistance hill climbs that will tone your muscles and sprints that will make your heart pump!
HIIT RIDE
This high intensity ride includes intense bursts of exercise, followed by short active recovery all low impact. HIIT workouts build cardiovascular system while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout.
RHYTHM RIDE
Let’s shake and sweat in the saddle as you ride to the tempo of the music. Cardio movements that feel like a dance party on the bike while giving you a full body exercise.

This high-energy workout combines martial arts techniques and core blast exercises with fast-paced cardio. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
CHISEL’D
A challenging head-to-toe workout using a variety of equipment, focused on engaging core muscles to maximize total body conditioning.
YOGA
Improve your posture, balance, and coordination through breath control, relaxation, and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment.
TABATA
Get your heart pumping and your body jumping in this timed interval training workout. Short bursts of cardio / strength training exercises followed by a brief rest. 20/10 method has you all out for 20 seconds with 10 seconds to recover to start over again. Sweat Sculpt-Burn!

A weight-bearing and resistance strength class. Always changing, and always fun and challenging! Similar to Les Mills Body Pump.
STEP
A challenging aerobic workout choreographed to music, utilizing the step and ending with ab work.
TABATA

ZUMBA

Low-impact choreography for 30 minutes, followed by muscle conditioning and abs.
YAH-Yoga with Props
Gentle yoga with light weights, bands and balls. For the “Young at Heart” (YAH).

A wholesome approach to achieving a balance of physical and mental health, happiness and tranquility. Taught in our group exercise studio.

Reformer Pilates works your legs, arms and core for better mental awareness, improved flexibility, core strength, endurance and posture. Our private and small-group classes are held in a dedicated studio housing reformer machines and other equipment.
