To build your tennis skills and understanding of the mental aspects of play, try a Weymouth Club clinic or drop-in. We have options for newbies through experienced players.

Intro to Tennis (New to the game)

Start with the basics: Forehand, backhand, volleys, overheads and serves.  Create a strong foundation for players new to the game.

101 (Beginner)

Build on the skills that were learned in the introductory class. Rules, etiquette, and high percentage strategy will be introduced through drills and match play.

102 (Intermediate 2.5-3.0 NTRP)

Continue working on consistency, shot placement, aggressive net play, and tactical patterns of play. Footwork and advanced singles and doubles strategies will be introduced each week.

103 (Advanced 3.5-4.0 NTRP)

Develop power and spin as well as specialty shots. Emphasis on controlled aggression in a match play setting.

Adult 104 (Master 4.0-4.5 NTRP)

Designed for the club’s most advanced players. Participants in this high intensity clinic are required to move aggressively in an action-packed class. (Best for previous college players)

50/50 Transition Cardio (2.5-4.0 NTRP)

45 minutes of Tennis Cardio and 45 minutes of game play. No instructional tennis, all fun!
