A great overall cycle experience, this class is designed to use power to strengthen the body and mind. You will be challenged with high resistance hill climbs that will tone your muscles and sprints that will make your heart pump!
This high intensity ride includes intense bursts of exercise, followed by short active recovery all low impact. HIIT workouts build cardiovascular system while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout.
Let’s shake and sweat in the saddle as you ride to the tempo of the music. Cardio movements that feel like a dance party on the bike while giving you a full body exercise.

GUT & BUTT
A class dedicated to toning your abs and glutes with targeted movements and cardio. The class will focus on core strengthening to build muscles, in addition, it will also target your quads and hamstrings.
A challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.
PUMP TOTAL BODY
A weight-bearing and resistance strength class. Always changing, and always fun and challenging! Similar to Les Mills Body Pump.

Lower Intensity Classes
These workouts are great for older adults, people new to fitness programs or anyone who prefers exercising at a lower speed.

Gentle yoga with light weights, bands and balls. For the “Young at Heart” (YAH).
A wholesome approach to achieving a balance of physical and mental health, happiness and tranquility. Taught in our group exercise studio.
Specialty Yoga, Barre and Reformer Pilates
Weymouth Club offers more than 50 boutique fitness classes in our beautiful, state-of-the-art Mind/Body Studio Center.
Classes are available to members and non-members. The schedule includes both heated and unheated classes.
- Yoga offerings include power yoga, vinyasa flow, hatha, restorative and meditation. Also, stress and muscle relief classes.
- Barre is a fusion-style, low-impact, full-body workout for all ages and fitness levels.
- Reformer Pilates works your legs, arms and core for better mental awareness, improved flexibility, core strength, endurance and posture. Our private and small-group classes are held in a dedicated studio housing reformer machines and other equipment.
